This soup came out so tasty and flavorful. The pan-fried tortilla strips added some nice crunch, and I also served the soup with some sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro and scallions. It was an easy, light yet tasty soup.

Easy and full of flavor

The classic Italian tomato sauce, great for any pasta dish or to add flavor any Italian style dish.

Quite tasty and filling. I used black bean instead of pinto beans, I also squeezed half of the lime juice into the dressing, and I omitted the tomatoes that I didn't have on hand. I did think a ripe yet juice tomatoes would add more great flavor. Served it on a bed of lettuce and home-baked tortilla chips.

There are several kinds of vegetables, goes well with the feta cheese, and very healthy too!
