Roasting develops lot of delicious flavor, the roasted garlic makes this roasted and garlicky paste that adds tons of flavor into the pasta.
This is a nice change of pace for green beans, with an interesting, complex flavor. I steamed the beans instead of boiling to retain more of the nutrients. Lightly toasting the almonds boosted the nutty flavor.
These roasted almonds are tasty and crunchy, all the seasonings and brown sugar add the amazing flavor to the almonds. Good snack or when you have guests to come, it will satisfy everyone.
Last Christmas, I did it for whole family, they went very nice, this year will try it again!
