Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes
Rice is cooked with pork and shrimp, seasoned with soy sauce, garlic and chilis, and garnished with ham, cram, omelet and celeries. This one-pot meal is quick, easy to make, and fills you up with lots of deliciousness.
A special recipe from Sur la table. You can form and chill the crab cakes up to 8 hours before cooking and serving. The aioli can be made one day ahead. Bring to room temp and whisk before using.
