Contrary to what you make think, not all Spring Rolls are deep-fried. They can be served fresh as well, which is a lovely option for an appetizer or light meal this summer. It’s quite an extensive list of ingredients, but if you are a fan of Thai cooking, it’s likely you have most of them in your pantry or fridge already. The preparation is a simple whisk, toss, hydrate, roll. And our special touch? We added a peanut sauce to make a “Pad Thai” version, as well as some chillies. Stop, drop and roll – these babies are on fire!

There are hundreds versions of this very Polish soup. Here you have an original proposition of mine. I used to cook it on the base of my favorite duck and chicken stock. The cream is a must to create wonderful pink color. Optionally you may add a quarter or a half of hard boiled egg to your bowl. By the way, I change my recipe sometimes, for instance by adding dried California prunes instead of sugar, or by adding some white vinegar instead of lemon juice.
An exciting blend of vegetables and spices is sealed inside wrappers, then baked until crisp. Delicious and crunchy without deep frying! I’ll keep it short today. I’d like to think that all or almost all of you already know how to make spring rolls. They are one of my fave finger foods and ever since I’ve come across the oven-baked version, I’ve nominated them as my no1 Savoury Stuff, way better than deep fried street food and packaged crisps/ chips.

Don't have pizza dough, not a problem, use store-bought wraps. We can still make freshly baked and delicious pizza!
